We went on a roadshow to meet our customers in person… and it was magical for a company that has been operating remotely throughout the last 3 years. We heard stories about our product and our customers/partners that we would have never heard in a zoom call.
The first story we want to talk about is an intimate dinner we had in Memphis with one of our key partners, the Mallory Group.
Pam (VP Import Operations) from Mallory told us a story that she got the entire office chanting “104! 104! 104!” in their Atlanta Branch. It meant “Send to Expedock!”.
We also learned that while legacy operators were skeptical at first, operators go from crying from overwork to crying tears of joy because our AI processed a 38 page commercial invoice at 99.97% accuracy.
Terry (Director of IT) from Mallory explained to us that they’re at 300 staff right now and need 100 more people because of all the growth they are experiencing as a business.
They are not hiring 100 people. He shared that instead of hiring, they are using Expedock to turn their 300 superstar freight operators and customs brokers into super humans who focus on customer service and logistics.
